Marta Hren

Marta Hren is a member of the Supervisory Board of Martes Investments.

She is a lawyer with professional experience in banking, finance, capital markets, corporate transactions and regulatory matters. Her legal work has included advising financial institutions, investors and companies on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, secured lending, acquisitions, real-estate financing and other complex commercial matters.

Marta has also undertaken academic research in financial and commercial law. Her published work has addressed negotiable instruments, digital assets, tokenisation, property rights and the interaction between Croatian and European law.

She completed doctoral research at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb, further developing her expertise in financial regulation and European monetary and legal frameworks.

As a member of the Supervisory Board, Marta contributes legal, regulatory and financial-sector expertise to the oversight of the firm.
