Martin Hren

Martin Hren is a co-founder of Martes Investments.

Martin is an attorney and the Managing Partner of Hren & Partners. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, technology and venture-capital and private-equity transactions.

He has advised domestic and international companies, founders, investors and investment funds on acquisitions, disposals, financing rounds, strategic investments, corporate structuring and regulatory matters.

Martin holds a law degree from the University of Zagreb, where he graduated summa cum laude, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Tilburg University, obtained with distinction. He also studied at KU Leuven.

At Martes Investments, Martin contributes legal, transactional and corporate-governance expertise to the firm’s strategic development and advisory activities.
