Nikola Damiani

Nikola Damiani is the Director of Martes Investments.

Nikola has experience across private equity, investment banking, transaction execution and portfolio-company oversight.

His professional background includes work as an investment professional at MidEuropa, where he has been involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across Central and Eastern Europe. His transaction experience includes investments in companies operating in the consumer, technology and business-services sectors. Before joining MidEuropa, Nikola worked in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications investment-banking team at Bank of America in London.

He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Bocconi University.

At Martes Investments, Nikola is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's regulated activities, investment processes and execution standards.
