Depending on the nature of the mandate, Martes may assist with transaction preparation, financial analysis, investor materials, process organisation, identification of potential investors, investor engagement and coordination with legal, financial and other professional advisers.

The firm’s role is tailored to the requirements of each transaction and the applicable regulatory framework.

Martes does not underwrite securities and does not commit its own balance sheet to purchase financial instruments being offered.
